PCSB’s Reference Access Offer (RAO) consists of Facilities and / or Services that PSCB makes available, which consists of the minimum terms and conditions consistent with the rights and obligations set out in the Mandatory Standard on Access (MSA)for the Access purposes between PCSB and the Access Seeker.

The RAO is compliant with subsection 5.3.3 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access (Determination No.3 of 2016).
