No, the subscriber may add on RM 10 per month for the voice plan.
The subscription contract period is 24 months.
A penalty of RM 500 shall be imposed if a subscriber terminates the subscription package or discontinue service account within the contract period.
Subscriber need to fill up the broadband application form which is available at out our touchpoints and send the application form with necessary documents to email enquiry@pr1macomm.azurewebsites.net

Modulator has 2 years warranty from date installed Homeowner need to raise a fault complaint at our touchpoint below for replacement appointment.

PR1MA Communications provides ONLY one 1 modulator in each unit of PR1MA Homes PR1MA Communications will not bear or replace the missing modulator
Invoice will be sent to the subscriber’s email according to the broadband registration form.
Subscribers will be received monthly invoice by end of every month.
